I always keep a spare laptop charger in my suitcase, in case I need to bring my laptop. I didn’t buy a laptop charger specifically for this. I left my charger in another state and needed to continue to work on my laptop hence a second charger. After all, I’m only human.
Along with the charger, I keep a small bag of travel size shampoo/conditioner/hair products always ready to go. I refill it when I return so it’s ready to go for my next trip.
Having backpacking for 10 days over one summer really pushed me to keep stuff pared down while traveling. It is nice to travel light.
