Photo editing and books

Turning photo albums online into books is such a treat! You get flexibility and creativity online plus it’s easy to request duplicates with a click to send to friends or family members. These books are often thinner than the traditional photo albums. People use them for weddings, traveling/adventures, as well as family reunions.

Kai told me that since her daughter and nephews were born, her wonderfully creative aunt makes about four albums a year to give as gifts (they’re 3 years old). That’s already about twelve books sitting on Kai’s shelf. After five years, that’s 20 books and 40 books after 10 years. That’s a shelf full of albums!

Sharing books and adventures is great, but editing does make a difference. Limit the number of books per year you produce or gift and the number of photos in each book.

Always go for quality over quantity, not just with books but also the number of photos in books. If there are too many photos to look through, it’s harder to appreciate what you’re looking at. Don’t be afraid to be selective. Less is more.
