Switching seasonal gear, again, for the Fall/Winter this time

Ahhh, Fall is almost here! Before you get all your winter clothes and gear out, this would be a good time to wash your spring/summer clothes or drop them off at the cleaners before putting everything away. Putting your past season garments away clean means they will be ready to put on when the temperature rises in the spring. Same with summer shoes, check if they need to be resoled and take them to the shoe repair shop. Clear out the hallway closet to make room for cooler season needs such as fall and winter coats along with gloves, scarves, and hats. If you have space to store spring/summer gear elsewhere, move them out of the closet. The closet will feel less overstuffed and it will be easier to grab what you need when you need it. This also applies to outdoor sports gear. Clean and repair summer gear before swapping out for fall/winter sport gear. It’ll be nice to grab your snowshoes once the snow piles on.

Enjoy the fall into winter season. If you need help getting this to do list done, you know how to reach me.
